Growing up with a brother who is "special"-- not autism, although at one time that was the diagnosis-- all I hear is love, Pete, and it shows in every note, every chord. She's a beautiful child, and lucky to have such a loving father and family. But then... I think we who have these children in our lives are also lucky.

I heard your unplugged version of this on youtube and love this song. I love the sentiment and emotion in this song, it's really heartfelt and warming and great interplay between the musical instruments, great keys as well as acoustic and electric guitars. Great voice too, I think you are a little reticent about showcasing your vocals, but fear not, you have great tone and expression in this track and others !!
Good luck with your Mysteries ... project and the charity, you deserve every success

Pete, I'm on my third listen, and I'm just amazed. As with all your music, the melody in this song is touching, almost haunting. I can feel the love in your voice. Thank you for sharing this special part of you with us all.

Wow!!!
I'm hearing a bit of Geddy Lee in the vocals and even in parts of the music I'm hearing a bit of Rush influence as well.
The production is fantastic. The performance is tight.
I was kinda expecting a sweet & sappy song when I saw the title, so I'm actually quite enjoying the direction of this tune.....not that there's anything wrong with sweet & sappy....
Excellent job, Pete!!!

This is beautifully done Pete. Has a touch of Moody Blues to it (a very good thing)
A beautiful composition, which I can tell, was done from the heart.

its a beautiful song. a true song, purest expression. the outward expression of how right it felt to do it in the first place.serenity blues is mine. and it will be the one, as is for me, that when you need it, its always there for you to feel again. this song is not to listen to, you go back to feel it, embrace it. your true song to enjoy over and over. i know.

This is a very well done song with nicely played and recorded parts, Pete!! Certainly that near and dear to your heart little lady was a definite, loving artistic inspiration. ALSO it's great to see you heading the pack on the "featured" page. I've always liked the "British rock sound",... and although it's hard for me to describe in words, your music (and this song in particular) has it. There's a certain degree of sophistication that exudes from the British sound that has always drawn my attention,... right back to the early 60's UK rockers. Keep putting out your fine music dude.

This is very special.
The lyrics are heartfelt and pure, expressed through a great honest voice. That acoustic intro sounds great, sets the tone of the song so well. The overall mix is perfect, very professional.
The guitar parts are flawless and the riffs are rockin, A well put together track. Something to be proud of.
Great work
